1.Yeast Extract for culture media

A natural soluble paste or powder which is made from fresh brewer yeast latex with the standard of Chinese Pharmacopoeia by using autolysis, hydrolysis, separation, concentration and other modern high-tech bio-refined process. The product is rich in complete protein, balanced essential amino acids, vitamin B, nucleotides, trace elements which make it the most ideal organic nitrogen source for biological medium and fermentation industry. It equals to 8 times of yeast which can greatly increase the growth rate and production yield in fermentation.
